Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and a US resident to sign up for HydrateFree.

HydrateFree ships a monthly box of clean electrolyte product to subscribers in supported cities. The product is funded by sponsors. Subscribers cover a flat shipping fee per shipment.

New subscribers receive their first month free (no shipping charge). After the 30-day free period, subscribers are charged a flat shipping fee (currently $5.99/month) that continues on a monthly recurring basis for as long as the subscription is active. The product itself is always free. The fee may change in the future; we will notify you in advance of any change. You may cancel anytime during or after the free month.

HydrateFree is launching city by city. Availability is not guaranteed in all markets and may pause without notice based on sponsor capacity, inventory, or operational constraints.

You may cancel anytime before the next shipment. Cancellation stops future shipments. We will not retain your payment method or charge you after cancellation.

HydrateFree distributes clean electrolyte boxes funded by local sponsors. Sponsors fund the cost of the product and receive co-branded boxes, inserts, and aggregated audience reporting in return.

Do not resell, repackage, or commercially redistribute boxes you receive as a subscriber. Do not misrepresent the program to other consumers or sponsors.

The product is a hydration supplement, not a medical treatment. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition. We do not make health claims beyond those approved for the product itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydrateFree's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in shipping fees in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
